Director Declaration
As announced earlier today by Trifast plc ("Trifast"), Malcolm Diamond MBE, Non-Executive Chairman of discoverIE Group plc, has notified the Board of Trifast of his intention to retire as Non-Executive Chairman and step down as a Director of Trifast with effect from 31 March 2020.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(R).
