Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcement made on 29 October 2009 regarding Acal's acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Financiere BFI Optilas SAS for a consideration of €10 million payable in cash and 2 million Acal ordinary shares to be issued on completion, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 2 million ordinary shares of 5p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
It is expected that admission to the Official List will occur, and that dealings in the Shares on the London Stock Exchange will commence, at 8.00 a.m on 18 December 2009.
Subject to Admission becoming effective, Acal advises that its total issued share capital consists of 28,418,354 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The total number of voting rights in Acal is therefore 28,418,354, which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Acal shares under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
