Driver Group plc01 September 2006 DRV.L DRIVER GROUP PLC ("Driver Group" or "the Group") Appointment of directors at Driver Consult Limited Driver Group, a leading provider of specialist commercial and dispute resolutionservices to the construction industry, is delighted to announce that it hasappointed two additional directors at its principal subsidiary, Driver ConsultLimited. Cameron Hill has been appointed Managing Director (International) andGreg Russell has been appointed Director responsible for the London office. Bothof these new positions reflect the ongoing development of the business in the UKand overseas. Cameron Hill, aged 51, is a chartered quantity surveyor with nearly thirtyyears' experience of the UK and international construction industry;incorporating the oil & gas, process, civil engineering and building sectors. Hejoins Driver Group from Trett Consulting, a commercial and contract consultancy,where, for the past eight years, he was Executive Director responsible for thesuccessful development of international operations in North America and theMiddle East. Cameron has experience at the highest level acting as Arbitrator, Adjudicator,and Expert Witness. Cameron is listed on the RICS Chairman's panel ofadjudicators and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Greg Russell, aged 55, has 33 years' experience in the construction industry. Hejoins Driver Group from Blake Newport, a commercial and contract managementconsultancy, where he was Managing Director for the last four years andpreviously Director of the Blake Newport London office, also for four years,which he was instrumental in founding and growing into the primary business unitof the company. Greg has substantial experience of commercial and project managementconsultancy, specialising in commercial organisation, management and control,and close out of contracts including direction and support of all forms ofdispute resolution. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyorsand a Fellow of the International Association for Contract & CommercialManagement.
