Board Change

Driver, the global construction consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, today announces that Stephen Driver has resigned from his position as Non Executive Director and will step down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

This was part of the plan instigated at the time of the Board restructure in 2011 and now is the appropriate time for both Stephen and the Company.

Stephen dedicated a tremendous amount of energy and a great deal of his career to the Company, being instrumental in its growth and development through to the entry on to AIM in 2005 and subsequently as CEO and Executive Chairman through to 2011. Since 2011 Stephen has served as a Non Executive Director and provided valuable assistance to the Board and particularly the business development side of the business.

Stephen will continue ina part time role as Director of Business Development for the DriverTrett business as an employee of Driver Consult Ltd.

The Board would like to thank Stephen for his commitment to the Company throughout the last 20 years and Dave Webster, CEO, stated "I would like to personally thank Stephen for providing the opportunity to join the Company in 1999 and supporting my development through to the position I have today. Now is the right time for this final transition and Stephen leaves the Board with the Company performing at the top end of management's expectations and nicely positioned for the remainder of this current financial year and beyond".
