Appointment of interim Chairman and interim Chief Executive
Further to the announcement made earlier today concerning Richard Worthington, DPP's Chairman, the board of DPP announces the following board changes, which will take effect immediately:
Nick Donaldson, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed interim Chairman. Nick is an experienced corporate financier and has extensive expertise in the restaurants & bars sector.
Peter Shaw, currently an Executive Director of DPP, has been appointed interim Chief Executive. Peter has been integral in the development of DPP from its inception and has much experience in Poland, being previously a key member of the highly successful team at coffeeheaven international plc.
