Close of Bookbuild

Further to the announcement made yesterday, the Placing has now closed and the bookbuild has been successfully concluded. 

A further announcement will be made in due course confirming final details of the Placing and Subscription. The Company is in the process of finalising legal documentation in relation to the Subscription. Participants in the Placing will be contacted by Singer Capital Markets as soon as practicable to confirm their allocations.

It is expected the trade date for the Placing will be 3 November 2021 and settlement is expected to occur on a T+2 basis on 5 November 2021.

Save as otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the announcement released by the Company at 10.13 a.m. on 2 November 2021.
