DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTORS' LTIP AWARDS
The Remuneration Committee has today recommended that the Board approve the grant of the following Awards under the Diploma PLC 2011 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") to Executive Directors:
BM Thompson | 79,880 Ordinary Shares |
I Henderson | 49,801 Ordinary Shares |
NP Lingwood | 51,793 Ordinary Shares |
The Awards made today are subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three year performance period ending 30 September 2015 and the numbers of Ordinary Shares shown above represent the maximum number of shares over which these Awards may vest.
A summary of the PSP, including the performance conditions relating to these Awards, is set out in the Annual Report & Accounts mailed to Shareholders on 7 December 2012.
