RESTRICTED SHARE AWARD TO CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Diploma PLC (the "Company") announces that it has awarded 3,984 restricted Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company, to Chris Davies, Chief Financial Officer, on 24 March 2023 (the "Award").
The Award has been made to compensate for the forfeiture of incentive arrangements held with Chris's previous employer and has no performance conditions attached. The Award will be held via an independent nominee and is subject to a schedule of restrictions. The Award will be released and become freely tradable on the second anniversary of issue. Further details will be provided in the next Directors' Remuneration Report.
