DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTORS' LTIP AWARDS
The Board has today approved the grant of the following Awards to Executive Directors under the Diploma PLC 2011 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"):

The Awards made today are subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three year performance period ending 30 September 2017 and the numbers of Ordinary Shares shown above represent the maximum number of shares over which these Awards may vest.
