DIRECTOR DECLARATION - EXTERNAL APPOINTMENT

Diploma PLC (the "Company"), the international value-add distribution group, has been notified that Anne Thorburn, Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed to the Board of IMI plc as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Nomination and Audit Committees with effect from 1 August 2024.
