As announced on 2 August 2022, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:
1. Shyam S. Bhartia
2. Hari S. Bhartia
has acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a market purchase on 29 July 2022 aggregating to 65,090,801 ordinary shares in total (which is equal to 44,78% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
