DP Aircraft I Limited (the "Company")

Quarterly Dividend

The Company has declared a quarterly dividend, in respect of the period starting 1 July 2017 and ended 30 September 2017, of 2.25 cents per ordinary preference no par value share (each a 'Share') to holders of Shares on the register at 27 October 2017.

The ex-dividend date will be 26 October 2017, with payment expected 17 November 2017.
