dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals has received a TR-1 notification from Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., confirming its interest in dotdigital. This disclosable event is as a result of the acquisition of Hargreave Hale Limited by Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Canaccord Genuity Wealth Group Holdings (Jersey) Limited.
