Dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, announces that Non-Executive Chairman Michael (Mike) O'Leary has advised the Company that due to health issues he intends to step down from both the public company boards on which he currently serves. In the case of Dotdigital, this will occur once a suitable succession arrangement has been put in place.
A formal search process has commenced, and a further update will be made at the appropriate time.
