Grant of Options
dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading 'SAAS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, announces it has granted Milan Patel, Chief Executive Officer and Alistair Gurney, Chief Financial Officer, 600,379 and 276,490 options over ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company (the "Options") respectively on 08 December 2022, pursuant to the dotdigital Performance Share Plan 2017.
The Options have a nominal exercise price and represent 0.3% of the Company's total voting rights. These become exercisable subject to hitting defined performance targets and continued employment. The performance measures are based on the Company's total shareholder return and earnings per share in 2025.
Following this grant of Options, the total number of options outstanding in the Company are 6,776,253, representing 2.3% of the Company's total voting rights.
