Dividend Declaration
The Board of DORE is pleased to declare a dividend of 1.345 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023. The dividend will be paid on or around 29 September 2023 to shareholders on the register on 1 September 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 31 August 2023.
As detailed in the Company's prospectus dated 7 June 2022, a portion of the Company's dividends may be designated as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes. The interest streaming percentage for the Q2 2023 dividend is 80%.
