In accordance with LR 9.6.14 R, the Company announces that Mr Ashley Paxton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a Non-Executive Director of Ikigai Ventures Limited, whose Ordinary Shares were admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 15 September 2022.
