Domino's Pizza Group plc ("the Company")

The Company has been advised that Browning West LP (a PCA of Usman Nabi, Non-Executive Director) acquired 950,000 ordinary shares of the Company on 9 December 2022. Browning West LP's holding in the Company is now 45,687,059 ordinary shares, 10.77% of the issued share capital.
