RESULTS OF 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Domino's Pizza Group plc (the 'Company') announces that at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held today, 17 June 2020, the following resolutions were approved by the Company's shareholders, voting on a poll:

The Company currently has 462,230,073 shares in issue which confer voting rights. The highest number of votes cast on any resolution (excluding votes withheld) was 371,592,411, which represents approximately 80% of total voting rights held by shareholders.
