Board appointment

Domino's Pizza Group Plc ("Domino's" or "the Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Stella David as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 23 February 2021. Stella will be a member of the Board's Remuneration and Nomination committees.

Stella is a non-executive director of Homeserve plc (FTSE: HSV) and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Limited (NYSE: NCLH). Stella was previously Chief Executive Officer of William Grant & Sons Limited and Global Chief Marketing Officer of Bacardi Limited. She served for seven years as a non-executive director at Nationwide Building Society and until recently was Chair of C & J Clark Limited, the UK based footwear manufacturer and retailer.
