Director's Shareholding

The Company been informed that Martin Beck, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 230,570 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 6.50p per share and 222,030 ordinary shares at a price of 6.75p per share. Following this purchase, Martin holds 452,600 ordinary shares in Dods representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
