Dunelm Group plc09 November 2006 09 November 2006 Dunelm Group plc ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 850,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 13 November 2006 and trading willcommence on 14 November 2006. 217,400 shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options by GeoffCooper, Non-executive Chairman and Marion Sears, Non-executive Director. The remaining 632,600 shares are being reserved under block listings and will beissued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the followingschemes: Scheme SharesDunelm Approved Share Option Scheme 232,600Dunelm Executive Share Option Scheme 400,000 When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinaryshares.
