Annual Financial Report

Dunelm Group plc (the 'Company') has posted to shareholders its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 26 June 2021 ('Annual Report and Financial Statements') along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Dunelm's Store Support Centre, Watermead Business Park, Syston, Leicester, LE7 1AD at 11.30 am on Tuesday 16 November 2021.

The health and well-being of our colleagues, shareholders, and the wider community in which the Company operates is of paramount importance to us. Whilst we are looking forward to welcoming shareholders to the Annual General Meeting, we would ask those shareholders attending the meeting to notify the Company Secretary, Dawn Durrant, via email to investorrelations@dunelm.com by no later than 11.30am on Friday 12 November 2021. This will allow the Company to ensure that appropriate social distancing measures are in place at the meeting venue for the Annual General Meeting.

We are committed to ensuring that all shareholders can exercise their rights to vote and ask questions, and for those shareholders unable to attend in person, shareholders are also reminded that they are able to submit questions to the Directors in advance of the Annual General Meeting via email to the Company Secretary.

Written answers to all questions received will be sent directly to shareholders by email and answers to any frequently asked questions will be published on the Company's website ahead of the meeting.
