NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS EXERCISING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 5 August 2016, Keith Down, the Chief Financial Officer, purchased 5,629 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 865 pence per share.

Mr Down's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 14,140 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares).
