NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS EXERCISING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 13 May 2016, Andy Harrison, the Chairman, purchased 54,700 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 907 pence per share.

Mr Harrison's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 108,133 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares).
