Board Changes

Dunelm, the UK's leading homewares retailer, announces that Rachel Osborne has resigned as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, following her appointment as Chief Financial Officer at Debenhams, which has a competitive overlap with Dunelm. A search to appoint a new Non-Executive Director in Rachel's place will begin imminently.

Andy Harrison, Chairman, said:

"We fully understand Rachel's decision to step down, and that her executive career takes priority. We wish her well in her new role and thank her for her contribution to Dunelm."

In accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, Dunelm confirms that Rachel Osborne will continue to receive her director fee up to and including her leaving date at the rate of £50,938 per annum. She will not receive any payment in lieu of notice or for loss of office
