Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 29 April 2022, Andy Harrison, the Chairman, purchased 10,117 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 981 pence per share.
Mr Harrison's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 454,811 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, 0.2% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares).
