Cronin Group Plc ("the Company"), the AIM listed company focusing on digitizing chemistry, announces that it was informed yesterday that on the same day Michael Bretherton, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 360,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.6 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Michael Bretherton now holds 4,033,824 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.73% of the issued share capital of the Company.
