Result of General Meeting
DeepMatter Group Plc (AIM: DMTR), the international digital chemistry data company, announced on 24 December 2021 a Placing, Subscription and intended Open Offer, with the results of the Open Offer announced on 19 January 2022.
The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company, which took place earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders, including the Fundraising Resolutions, were passed.
The New Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Application has been made for the 2,887,500,000 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, of which 2,800,000,000 is the aggregate of the Placing Shares, the Subscription Shares and the Open Offer Shares, and accordingly dealings are expected to commence at 8.00am on 21 January 2022. Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 3,809,897,281 and Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
