Total voting rights
Derwent London plc (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the block listing announcement made on 23 December 2014, it has today allotted 2,133,210 ordinary shares with nominal value of 5 pence each in respect of conversion notices received from holders of the £175m 2.75% Convertible Bonds 2016 issued by Derwent London Capital (Jersey) Limited (the "Bonds"). These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with existing ordinary shares in the Company. For further details, please see the block listing announcement made on 23 December 2014 and the announcement made by the Company regarding the redemption and conversion process in respect of the Bonds on 17 December 2014.
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1AR, the Company announces that, on 27 January 2015, the Company holds no treasury shares and the Company's issued share capital consists of 105,503,235 shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each.
Each share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 105,503,235.
