2018 FINAL AND 2019 INTERIM DIVIDEND DATES
The relevant dates in respect of the Direct Line Insurance Group plc 2018 final and 2019 interim dividends are set out below:
2018 Final Dividend
4 April 2019 - "Ex-dividend" date for 2018 final dividend
5 April 2019 - Record date for 2018 final dividend
24 April 2019 - Final date for election under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan
16 May 2019 - Payment date for 2018 final dividend
2019 Interim Dividend
8 August 2019 - "Ex-dividend" date for 2019 interim dividend
9 August 2019 - Record date for 2019 interim dividend
15 August 2019 - Final date for election under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan
6 September 2019 - Payment date for 2019 interim dividend
