Application for Block Listing
De La Rue announces that an application for admission to the Official List has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an increase of 2,010,000 new ordinary shares of 44 152/175 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a block listing relating to The De La Rue plc Investor Returns Plan 2023.
These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 13 June 2025.
