Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC25 April 2008 BLAVOD EXTREME SPIRITS PLC 25 APRIL 2008 DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC has announced today that it has signed an exclusiveshort term UK distribution agreement with Shetland Spirits Limited covering twopremium spirits brands, Blackwood's Gin and Jago's Vodka Cream Liqueur. It isintended that a licence agreement for both brands globally will be concluded inthe near future, with an option to purchase these brands for a mixture of cashand an earn-out linked to profitability. A further announcement will be made atthat time.
