Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC01 August 2005 BLAVOD EXTREME SPIRITS PLC (the "Company") CLARIFICATION OF DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING As announced by the Company on 29 July 2005, Mr Jeffrey Hopmayer, a director ofthe Company, has a personal holding of 1,483,657 ordinary shares of 1p each("Ordinary Shares") representing 2.27 per cent. of the issued share capital ofthe Company. In addition to his personal holding of Ordinary Shares, Mr Hopmayer isinterested in 670.7 units out of a total of 1,004.59 units in the share capitalof Extreme Beverage Company LLC ("Extreme"). Extreme is interested in 8,469,525Ordinary Shares representing 12.94 per cent. of the issued share capital of theCompany.
