Director Changes

Distil plc (AIM:DIS), owner of premium drinks brands including Blavod Black Vodka, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, and RedLeg Rum, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shaun Claydon, ACA, as Finance Director with immediate effect.

Shaun is a corporate financier and business adviser with over 15 years' lead advisory and main board experience. He has a particular expertise in bringing companies to the AIM and Main Market. He has previously served as CFO and main board director of a leading venture capital backed European medical device business, playing a key role in operational transformation of the business and raising equity and debt finance.

Don Goulding, Executive Chairman of the Company, commented: "I am delighted that Shaun is joining the Board and welcome his expertise and experience, which will be invaluable as we accelerate our growth in the UK and internationally. I would also like to express our thanks to Sarah Bertolotti, who has stepped down as finance director with immediate effect, and played a key role in the transformation of the Company during the last 4 years.
