Director/PDMR Shareholding 

The Company has been notified that Richard Stuckes, Non-Executive Director, purchased 3,500 shares of £0.0189 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £7.16 per share on 30 August 2011. Following this transaction Richard Stuckes now holds a total of 24,178 ordinary shares, representing 0.076% of the issued share capital of the Company through a nominee company, L R Nominees Limited.

This notification was received by the Company on 30 August 2011 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
