| Dialight plc (the "Company") Director / PDMR Shareholding The Company has been notified of the following dealings by Rizwan Ahmad, VP of Technology and Engineering, and Matt Boudiette, VP and General Manager, OE Sales: the exercise of 7,220 Conditional share awards made to Rizwan Ahmad and the exercise of 11,740 conditional share awards made to Matt Boudiette, both awards vesting on 8 April 2021 under the Dialight plc 2014 Performance Share Plan; and, the sale by Rizwan Ahmad on 12 April 2021 of 2,806 shares (to cover tax liabilities due) and retention of the balance, and the sale by Matt Boudiette on 12 April 2021 of 4,563 shares (to cover tax liabilities due) and retention of the balance.
