Application for Block Listing

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 132,000 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the capital of the Company (the 'Shares'), to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be admitted for trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares will be issued pursuant to the Dialight plc 2014 Sharesave Plan and will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to be effective on 28 November 2016.
