Deferred Share Bonus Plan
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
DFS Furniture PLC ("the Company") Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP"): vesting of 2021 Award and related sales.
On 21 October 2021, the Company announced that 31,911 conditional awards of ordinary shares of 0.10p each in the Company ("Shares"), equal to 25 per cent of the 2021 short-term incentive award, had been granted under the DBP to the Chief Executive Officer Mr Tim Stacey.
On 21 December 2021 the company further announced that an administrative error in the calculation by the Company the number of shares granted under the Deferred Bonus Plan made on 21 October 2021, had been incorrectly calculated. In order to correct that error, and in accordance with the scheme rules, a further grant of 28,300 shares was made to Mr Stacey, with the vesting date being aligned to the vesting date of the grant made in October 2021.
On 21 October 2024, the deferred bonus plan shares vested on the third anniversary of the conditional award of Shares.
The following table shows the number of share awards vested and exercised, the number of shares sold by Mr Stacey to satisfy income tax and national insurance liability and dealing costs and the number of Shares retained:
