Vesting of Awards pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
DFS Furniture plc (the "Company"), announces that on 30 November 2021, awards over ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted on 30 November 2018 pursuant to the Company's LTIP to Tim Stacey and to Mike Schmidt, in the form of a conditional share award ("Award") vested in full.
