DIRECTORATE CHANGE
DFS Furniture plc ("DFS" or the "Company") confirms that Steve Johnson, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed, as a director and the Chairman of Missouri Topco Limited the holding company of Matalan Group Limited and a director of other subsidiary companies within the Matalan Group effective 15 July 2020.
