Placing to raise £437,851 (gross)
Dev Clever Holdings plc (DEV) a leading developer of consumer engagement solutions and career development platforms, announces that it has raised £437,851 before expenses through a conditional placing, via the Company's broker, Novum Securities Limited (Novum), of, in aggregate, 43,785,107 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 1 pence per share (Placing).
The net proceeds will provide further working capital to enable the Company to take advantage of the leading position it has created in the careers education sector and to exploit the opportunities and routes to market generated by the Group's recent strategic partnerships and collaborations, including the localisation of its Launchpad and VICTAR platforms in order to subsequently roll them out across North America.
A circular will be posted to shareholders shortly.
