Results of General Meeting

At the General Meeting of the Company held at 10.00 a.m. on 19 February 2021, all of the resolutions were duly passed.

Voting on the resolutions took place by way of a poll. The results of the polls (which includes all votes by proxies received in advance) on all resolutions put to the meeting are set out below.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue as at 10.00 am on 17 February 2021 was 491,810,893, of which votes validly cast in respect of each resolution represented approximately 52.49%. Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share. A vote withheld or abstained is not counted in the calculation of the proportion of votes validly cast.
