Deltex Medical Group PLC16 October 2007 16 October 2007 Deltex Medical Group plc Additional Listing Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified yesterday that certain ofits current employees have acquired 11,268 ordinary shares of 1p each as theresult of the exercise of an option under the Company's Enterprise ManagementIncentive Scheme exercisable over 11,268 shares at a price of 1 pence perordinary share. In addition, the Company' was also notified yesterday that certain of itscurrent employees have acquired a further 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each asthe result of the exercise of an option under the Company's Executive ShareOption Scheme exercisable over 5,000 shares at a price of 15 pence per ordinaryshare. Accordingly, application has been made for 16,268 new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with theexisting issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on22 October 2007. Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 92,487,907.
