3 September 2009 - Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), today announces that Paul Mitchell has been appointed Finance Director with immediate effect.
Mr Mitchell joined Deltex Medical in August 2002 as Financial Controller, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. In November 2004 he was appointed Company Secretary.
Mr Mitchell currently holds 615,000 options under the Group's ESOP scheme and 127,660 under the Group's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme as follows:
