Exercise of options
Deltex Medical Group plc (the "Company") was notified today that certain of its current employees have acquired 310,209 ordinary shares of 1p each as the result of the exercise of 310,209 options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("EMI Scheme").
Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 18 June 2009.
Following the issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 101,700,822 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
