Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified today that certain of its current employees have acquired 2,484,899 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as the result of the exercise of 2,484,899 options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

Accordingly, application has been made for these Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 8 April 2010.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 129,883,609.
