Deltex Medical Group plc was notified on 24 July 2015 that certain former employees have acquired 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, as the result of the exercise of options awarded under the Company's 2013 Enterprise Management Incentive Schemes.

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 3 August 2015.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 219,584,986.
