Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that on 06 August 2021, Eric Williams, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at an average price of 102.40 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr. Williams is now interested in 245,752 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
