Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC) announces that on 17 August 2022, Rusty Huston, Jr., Executive Director of the Company's Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer exercised 3,800,000 vested stock options. To settle the award, the Company will transfer 931,579 ordinary shares of £0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") each (net of exercise costs and withholding tax) from its Employee Benefit Trust. Following the exercise of options, Mr. Hutson is now interested in 22,206,001 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.610% of the Company's issued share capital.
